Home Nursing Service – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At YagBok, we are committed to delivering dependable and timely home nursing services. To maintain operational efficiency and fairness to our caregivers, we follow a strict non-refundable policy for all confirmed bookings.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Once a home nursing service is booked and confirmed, no refund will be issued upon cancellation, regardless of the time or reason.
- Customers may still cancel the booking via the app, but the payment will be forfeited.
2. Rescheduling Requests
- While bookings are non-refundable, customers may request a reschedule up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
3. Cancellation by YagBok or Nurse
- If YagBok or the assigned nurse is unable to fulfill the service:
- A full refund will be processed to the customer.
- Alternatively, a rescheduled appointment may be offered at no extra cost.
4. Emergency Consideration
- In genuine medical or unavoidable emergencies, customers may appeal for partial credit or service rescheduling.
- YagBok reserves the right to evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. No-show Policy
- If the customer is not present at the scheduled location and does not respond within 15 minutes of nurse arrival, the session will be marked as a no-show.
- In such cases, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
